Masa Tool Appoints Rapid Production Marketing for Brand Launch of the Microconic Product Group.

Masa Tool is pleased to announce that Bernard Martin and his firm, Rapid Production Marketing, will be developing the Microconic Product launch.

Masa Tool created the The Microconic™ workholding system which is  a mechanically actuated micro-workholding system for use in high precision, small diameter CNC turning applications.   Masa Tool developed the Microconic™ system specifically for holding workpieces from Ø0.15mm to 10mm (Ø0.006" to 0.390") in any machine that has a collet-type chuck. The system consists of two major components: The Microconic™ cartridge, which transforms the work spindle for miniature workholding, and the “right-sized” Microconic collet, which fits in the cartridge.
