Distributor Order and Shipping Policy
  • Orders should be emailed to [email protected].
  • Standard orders ship within 2 working days after receipt of order.
  • Expedited same-day shipping is $70 per order (list price). Order must be received before 11:00 AM Pacific Time and is subject to approval. Expedited orders will ship for next-day delivery, prepaid and billed, unless otherwise specified.
  • All orders are shipped FOB 2575 Jason Court, Oceanside, California 92056
  • Customer Service hours are 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through  Friday, excluding holidays.

Payment Terms​
  • All payments shall be made in US dollars. 
  • Standard Payment terms are Net 30 days upon a credit check and establishment of an open account.
  • Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.
  • Orders delivered outside of the USA require pre-payment  of full invoice amount, including shipping & handling charges, prior to shipping.
  • FOB point is 2575 Jason Court Oceanside, CA 92056 Freight will be prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified.
